Meditation & Intuition

 

One meditation course lasts three hours and is divided into three parts. The course begins with a 50 minute meditation session followed by a moment of reflection on self-knowledge. The final part provides exercices to develop your intuition and sensory perception.

 

Meditation 

Participants sit on chairs forming a circle and the number of participants is limited*. The energy provided by the group session facilitates meditation.

 

Intuition is not a gift but a quality that we all have. Sometimes we are simply not aware of it. Though the exercices, you will learn how to trust your feelings. 

 

The sessions are carried out in a friendly and warm atmosphere so as to foster exchanges between participants. This is not a religious practice, and the only motto is respect and kindness.
